ATB Continues to Market, Connect, Project Africa Within and Beyond
As the WTMAfrica 2023 climaxed in one of Africa’s enchanting destinations, Capetown, it was on the expected highest note that greatly paved way for connections within the continent and a sealed possibility of creating a superlative Ministerial Think Tank that would enable African and Caribbean Ministers converge for the cause, of course for tourism, hoping to sharpen the existing cordiality between the two regions of the world.

The African Tourism Board under the stewardship of the indefatigable Cuthbert Ncube is super proud to have done it again, being a critical part of the grand vision of bridging the gap between the two giant continents.
“I am over joyed, indeed to realize the impact of ATB on tourism advancement within the continent and beyond, as we appreciate the Caribbean communities, especially erudite Hon. Minister Bartlett who has passionately championed the Afri-Caribbean initiative supported by our delectable Hon. Dr. Memunatu Pratt, Minister of Cultural Affairs, Sierra Leone who has been instrumental in driving tourism agenda not only in her native but beyond Africa’s diversity, advocating for an inclusive and more integrated continental approaches in repositioning the diverse products of our continents, as well as her untiring Hon Philda Nani Kereng, Minister of Environment and Tourism, Bostwana whose towering efforts have impacted positively on both continents. ” Ncube said.

There is no doubting the fact that ATB’s untiring synergy to brand-market, connect and project Africa and bridge the gaps will create more robust and practical solutions to some challenges that bedevil the tourism sector, such as air connectivity, visa issues and other latent and manifest challenges.

For certain, ATB will continue to be the shining light for Africa and will, undoubtedly rise to the occasion, continentally by not just talking but walking the talk, with one voice towards one objective of making Africa’s destinations the desirable to investors and tourists at large, but to ultimately serve as that bridge that stands majestically and unshaking to linking the divides, even before the need arises.
