Alain St.Ange, the Tourism Personality of Africa Meets Africa Leaders at Africa Celebrates 2024 in Addis Ababa

Alain St.Ange, himself a former Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine of the Seychelles met with the Hon. Selamawit Kassa, Minister of Tourism of Ethiopia and with Mr. Lexy Mojo Eyes, the Convener of Africa Celebrates 2024 that is taking place this week at the Africa Hall of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa Addis Ababa.

Mr St.Ange, who was also his country’s candidate for the post of Secretary General of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation in 2017 and one of the three Candidates vying to be the President of the Seychelles in the 2020 elections also used the Addis Ababa meeting to meet the Traditional Leaders of Africa as he participated in a conference session “African Traditional Leaders Forum”. His Majesty Dr Tanyi Robinson, the King of Tinto-Mbu in Cameroon who’s is also the President of AIGC – the African Indigenous Governance Council. Dr Ambassador His Emperor Majesty King Bongwe 2nd Ndebele Nation of South Africa and also Queen Boresah Fantevie, Nkilgiwurche of the Yagbon(Gonja) Kingdom in Savannah Region, Ghana.

The eye opening forum showcased African Culture as rarely seen as artisans displayed their products in the corridors of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.

“I was humbled when meeting the gathered Kings and Queens. The one in one interaction that followed opened new avenues for possible cooperation which was appreciated and very interesting”.
