African Tourism Board Lauds Nigeria’s Medical Tourism Potential at All Africa Medical and Wellness Expo in Abuja

In a compelling address delivered at the 2nd All Africa Medical and Wellness Expo, Amb. Kazeem Balogun, Director of Media and Communications for the African Tourism Board (ATB), conveyed a goodwill message on behalf of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Cuthbert Ncube. “Nigeria, with its rich cultural heritage and emerging infrastructure, is on the brink of great potential to become a leader in medical tourism within Africa,” Amb. Balogun remarked. He highlighted the unique blend of traditional wellness practices with modern medical advancements that Nigeria offers, positioning it as an attractive destination for global medical tourism. The expo, he stated, provides a crucial platform for stakeholders to discuss, innovate, and strategize on maximizing these opportunities.
